Scheduled Service Interruption Notice
Beginning at 12:00 PM on April 22, 2026, certain Environmental Health web services will be temporarily unavailable. This includes online payment processing. Services are expected to be fully restored by 8:00 AM on April 27, 2026.
During this interruption, in-person payments in the form of checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders, can be made at the following locations during posted business hours:
Southern Nevada Health District Main Facility
280 S. Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89107 |Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Fremont Public Health Center
2830 E. Fremont St., Las Vegas, NV 89104 |Tuesday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
REMINDER: In order to ensure adequate time for processing, Environmental Health staff no longer accept new applications after 4 p.m.
