Sewage/Septic Disposal Systems (ISDS)
SNHD’s Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS) program permits, inspects, and regulates all residential septic systems (or ISDS). SNHD permits commercial holding tanks and smaller commercial ISDS in Clark County in accordance with the latest Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP). SNHD ISDS Plan Review provides technical assistance and guidance in designing septic systems. SNHD holds the records for existing septic systems in Clark County, you can locate a copy of your septic system information using our public records request process or searching through the available database below:
The ISDS program operates on an appointment only basis. General information can is available on the Forms page, requesting via email or by calling us at (702) 759-0660. Appointments are required, in order to, submit applications for new ISDS permits and obtain approvals for Tenant Improvements.
Tenant Improvements is a building permit sign-off for pools/remodels, with or without plumbing.
