The Plan Review program processes new, remodel, and change of ownership health permit applications for food establishments, cosmetic and drug manufacturers, childcare centers, schools, body art facilities, and Institutions. Plans are reviewed for compliance with design and construction requirements set forth in the applicable Health District regulation. Questions and applications may be submitted electronically to foodrev@snhd.org and will be processed in the order in which they are received.
