  • Plan Re-Review Fee (IPs revising IPs previously approved)

    • ISDS — $479 + $17.72 per lot/unit
  • Resubmitted Plan Review Fee
    • Resubmitted IP’s addressing IP review Comments — $239
    • Tentative Map Re-Review addressing TM Review comments
      for the following — $239

      • Contours & Elevations not provided
