The Septic System counter is where all commercial holding tank and construction permits are completed. Copies of plot plans and active permits can be obtained by calling (702) 759-0660.

Appointments are required to submit your paperwork. Call (702) 759-0660 to scheduled an appointment. Permits are issued approximately one week after all paperwork is submitted. Permit fees are due at the time of the application.

Cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, money order, cashier’s checks, and business checks are accepted at all locations except Laughlin. At the Laughlin location cash is not accepted.

• Commercial ISDS Permit Requirements — For new commercial construction that includes a septic system.
• Holding Tank Permit Requirements — For temporary business structures, such as sales and construction trailers.
