Beginning Friday, May 1st, 2026, we will be hosting office hours for those needing assistance with their accounts. Please see below for days, times, and locations. Office hours will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and the last individual will be admitted 15 minutes before the scheduled end time. Individuals applying for a permit must have all required documentation on hand to process the application.
