CredibleMind: A Free Resource for Mental Health and Well-Being
Summer Issue

When faced with stress, anxiety, burnout or other mental health challenges, many people start by searching online for answers. But with so much information available, it can be difficult to know what resources are trustworthy.
That’s why the Southern Nevada Health District offers Clark County residents free access to CredibleMind, an online mental health and well-being platform that brings together evidence-based information, self-assessments and local resources in one place.
This summer marks two years since CredibleMind became available to the community. Whether you’re looking for ways to manage stress, improve your sleep, build resilience, strengthen relationships or simply check in on your mental well-being, the platform offers tools designed to help you get started.
Users can explore topics such as anxiety, depression, mindfulness, parenting and emotional wellness through articles, videos, podcasts and apps. More than 20 confidential self-assessments can help individuals better understand their mental and emotional health and identify areas where additional support may be helpful.
One local educator described CredibleMind as a valuable part of her wellness journey, sharing that the platform’s assessments and resources helped her navigate burnout and prioritize self-care during a particularly challenging time. A local parent said the platform helped her better understand and support her teenagers’ mental health needs.
In addition to self-guided resources, CredibleMind connects users with local support services when additional help is needed.
Mental health is an important part of overall health. Taking a few minutes to learn more about your mental well-being can be a meaningful first step toward building healthy habits and finding support.
