Residential Septic System Permit Requirements

Septic Eligibility for New and Existing Properties

The following documentation related to water and sewer service must be included with all septic permit applications:

New septic plans are submitted online to septics@snhd.org. The Southern Nevada Health District will process the paperwork and send an invoice for payment. Upon payment, the applicant will be placed in line for review. The order of review is based on age.
