Lifeguards are required at temporary pools, meeting the requirements of Section 4-3 of the Aquatic Facility Regulations. One lifeguard per 1000 square feet of water surface area is required.

Qualified operators are required to maintain temporary aquatic venues. Water quality requirements must be monitored, maintained, and recorded during all periods of operation.
