5.1 Severability clause: Should any section, paragraph, sentence, phrase, or provision of these Regulations be held invalid for any reason, the remainder of these Regulations shall not be affected.

5.2 Health Authority legal remedy: Whenever the responsible person fails to comply with the provisions of these Regulations in a timely manner, the health authority may pursue any available remedy, including injunctive relief, through a court of competent jurisdiction.

5.3 Effective: These Regulations shall become effective upon approval by the Nevada State Board of Health.
