Birth certificates are usually processed within two to four weeks of receiving your order. Once the order is processed you will receive an email requesting payment.

Once payment is received the birth certificate will be printed and sent to you via standard mail. If you have not received the certificate within 14 days of paying for your order, call (702) 759-1010 to check on the status.
