The Southern Nevada Health District operates two Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) locations: Southern Nevada Community Health Center on Decatur Blvd. and Fremont Public Health Center on Fremont Street. Together, the centers offer a wide range of health care services under one umbrella. Services include primary and behavioral health care, family planning, pharmacy, telehealth, refugee and sexual health services, comprehensive HIV care through the Ryan White Program and other services that help patients overcome barriers to care. Our FQHC recently received a Health Resources and Services Administration New Access Point grant to open a third site, which will be operational by December.
