Submit a COVID-19 Testing Event
Thank you for submitting information about your COVID-19 testing opportunity using the form below. All submissions will be reviewed and approved by Southern Nevada Health District staff before appearing on the calendar, and information provided is subject to edits to ensure user-friendliness. Please follow the tips below. To make corrections after submitting, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Use the title field to indicate the name of the location where testing will be provided, as this will appear on the main calendar. Use the full name and address when creating a new location in the Event Location section.
- Use the large field below the title to add all pertinent details including whether it’s drive-thru, walk-up or both; what parameters exist for your site (e.g. only symptomatic, no children, etc.); and whether or not insurance will be charged.
- If your event is recurring, use the first date for both the start and end dates. Then select Event Repeating and establish the recurring schedule.
