Media Advisory: Southern Nevada District Board of Health to hold special meeting

LAS VEGAS — At the request of Southern Nevada District Board of Health Chair and North Las Vegas Mayor Pro Tem Scott Black, the Board of Health will hold a special meeting to consider and approve a recommendation to withdraw the proposed Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS) regulation updates following recent public feedback.

A special meeting of the Southern Nevada District Board of Health to consider and approve the recommendation to withdraw the proposed septic regulation updates. No vote to adopt or finalize regulations will take place at this meeting.
