LAS VEGAS – June is Men’s Health Month, and the Southern Nevada Health District’s Office of Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion is encouraging men across the community to take a fresh look at their health and well-being. From heart health and self-care to blood pressure screenings and wellness conversations, the month features free events designed to help men feel stronger, stay healthy and take charge of their long-term wellness.
A featured event, “Shop Talk: Look Good. Feel Good. Live Better,” will take place Thursday, June 25, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Art of Barbers School, located inside Boulevard Mall, 3528 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89169.
