Touro University Nevada, Health District team up for new clinic

LAS VEGAS – Touro University Nevada and the Southern Nevada Health District celebrated the opening of its newest facility in Henderson at 874 American Pacific Drive on the Touro campus. The Health District clinic is open 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. Friday, and provides immunization services, including vaccines for infants, children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to immunizations for the general public, the clinic provides student health services for Touro University Nevada. “We are excited about this collaboration with Touro University. We have been seeking opportunities to provide immunizations once again in Henderson,” said Dr. Joe Iser, Southern Nevada Health District Chief Health Officer. “This is an excellent opportunity to provide services to our constituents and to initiate a new local partnership.”

In addition to its Henderson Clinic at the Touro campus, the Health District offers Food Handler Training Safety Card program services at Henderson City Hall on Water Street.
