Health District 2009 H1N1 clinic schedule, Dec. 7-12

LAS VEGAS — The Southern Nevada Health District continues to hold 2009 H1N1 vaccine clinics. On Friday, Dec. 11, the health district will expand vaccine availability to include people 65 and older with chronic medical conditions as well as people within the CDC-recommended priority groups. The 2009 H1N1 vaccine is available free of charge.

December 7-12, the health district will offer H1N1 immunization clinics as follows:

Monday, Dec. 7-Thursday, Dec. 10

1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Ravenholt Public Health Center

Tuesday, Dec. 8 and Thursday, Dec. 10

8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Mesquite Public Health Center
830 Hafen Lane, Mesquite

Wednesday, Dec. 9

10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Clark County Fire Station #85,
3770 S. James A. Bilbray Parkway, Laughlin

9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
College of Southern Nevada/W. Charleston Campus
6375 W. Charleston Blvd., Building B

Thursday, December 10

9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
College of Southern Nevada/Cheyenne Campus
3200 E. Cheyenne Ave. – Gymnasium

Friday, Dec. 11

9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Ravenholt Public Health Center
625 Shadow Lane

9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Henderson Public Health Center
520 E. Lake Mead Parkway at Burkholder Blvd.

Client services usually available at the main office and at the Henderson location will be suspended Friday, Dec. 11 to accommodate the anticipated demand and clinic traffic. Many services will still be available at the health district’s East Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Cambridge Community Center public health centers.
