Southern Nevada Health District Responds to Clean Indoor Air Act Ruling

LAS VEGAS – December 21, 2006 – The court declined to issue an injunction against implementation of the civil provisions of the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act, enjoining only criminal enforcement.

The Southern Nevada Health District will be updating education materials related to the Act for distribution to affected establishments and the public.
