The Southern Nevada Health District is inviting the public to participate in an emergency preparedness drill and flu shot clinic.

  • Participants MUST be 18 years of age or older
  • Participants should wear short sleeve shirts or loose fitting sleeves that can be rolled up.

Flu shots will be offered at a discounted price of $16, or will be covered under Medicare Part B, Medicare Railroad Part B, Medicaid, Nevada Check Up, Secure Horizons or Senior Dimensions.

Why

After a large turnout in its inaugural year, the second annual event seeks to further educate the community, particularly uninsured families, about health care issues and resources, along with disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
