NOTICE: This meeting is being conducted consistent with the Governor’s March 22, 2020 Declaration of Emergency Directive 006 as extended by the Governor’s March 31, 2020, Declaration of Emergency Directive 010

1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
2. FIRST PUBLIC COMMENT: A period devoted to comments by the general public about those items appearing on the agenda. Comments will be limited to five (5) minutes per speaker. If any member of the Board wishes to extend the length of a presentation, this may be done by the Chairman or the Board by majority vote.
3. There will be two public comment periods. To submit public comment on either public comment period on individual agenda items or for general public comments:

You will be able to provide real-time chat-room messaging, which can be read into the record by a Community Health Center employee or by raising your hand during the public comment period, a Community Health Center employee will unmute your connection. Additional Instructions will be provided at the time of public comment.

Include your name, zip code, the agenda item number on which you are commenting, and your comment. Please indicate whether you wish your email comment to be read into the record during the meeting or added to the backup materials for the record. If not specified, comments will be added to the backup materials.

3. ADOPTION OF THE JANUARY 26, 2021 AGENDA (for possible action)
4. CONSENT AGENDA: Items to be considered by the Facilities Advisory Board which may be enacted by one motion. Any item may be discussed separately per Board Member request before action. Any exceptions to the Consent Agenda must be stated prior to approval.
   1. Approve Minutes/Facilities Advisory Board Meeting: October 22, 2019 and January 14, 2020 (for possible action)
5. REPORT / DISCUSSION / ACTION: The Facilities Advisory Board may take any necessary action for any item under this section.
   1. Receive, Review, Consider and Approve Nominations for the Southern Nevada Health District Facilities Advisory Board of Officers for FY 2021/2022 for the Following Positions: Chair and Vice-Chair; direct staff accordingly or take other action as deemed appropriate (for possible action)
      1. Oath of Office; Chair and Vice Chair; direct staff accordingly or take other action as deemed appropriate (for possible action)
   2. Receive, Discuss and Approve 2021 Facilities Advisory Board Meeting Schedule; direct staff accordingly or take other action as deemed appropriate (for possible action)
   3. Receive and Discuss EMS Divert Region Report; direct staff accordingly or take other action as deemed appropriate (for possible action)
   4. Receive and Discuss COVID-19 Vaccination Update; direct staff accordingly or take other action as deemed appropriate (for possible action)

6. COMMUNITY HEALTH REPORT/STAFF REPORT
   • Director of Community Health Comments – Dr. Michael D. Johnson
7. FACILITIES ADVISORY BOARD REPORTS
   Members may identify emerging issues to be addressed by the Board at future meetings, and direct staff accordingly. Comments made by individual Board members during this portion of the agenda will not be acted upon unless that subject is on the agenda and scheduled for action.
8. SECOND PUBLIC COMMENT: A period devoted to comments by the general public, if any, and discussion of those comments, about matters relevant to the Board’s jurisdiction will be held. Comments will be limited to five (5) minutes per speaker. If any member of the Board wishes to extend the length of a presentation, this may be done by the Chairman or the Board by majority vote.
