Body Art Cards are good for two years.

Body Art Apprentice Cards: Once your training is complete, you can submit your Experience Verification Form and your apprentice card will be exchanged for the permanent Body Art Card. The expiration date will remain the same.

It is at the employer’s discretion to sign off on your experience. The Experience Verification Form must be submitted when your employer determines your training is complete. You must renew your Body Art Apprentice Card if it expires before your training is complete and will be charged the regular fee for a card renewal.
