Reports from community members are essential in helping us detect and investigate potential outbreaks. Our staff reviews all reports for patterns and trends that may require further investigation. It is important that you provide a brief food history and your contact information. Your personal information is kept confidential by law, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

Here is a how to report your foodborne illness:
