An additional $15 late fee will be applied to card renewals that have expired.

Accepted Methods of Payment

Cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money order, cashier’s checks, and business checks are accepted at all locations except Laughlin. At the Laughlin location cash is not accepted. Visit the Accepted Methods of Payment webpage for details on payments and our ID policy.

The expiration date on your Certified Food Safety Manager card will match the expiration date on your certificate (usually five years). Visit the Certified Food Safety Manager card webpage for details. The cost of training is not included in the fee.

A Food Handler Training Booklet is available to download free of charge to assist Food Handler Safety Card applicants prepared for the test.
