  • Cash (except Laughlin)
  • Credit Cards
    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • American Express
  • ATM and debit cards (processed as “credit”)
  • Visa or MasterCard gift cards or “Preferred Customer”
  • Cashier’s Checks
  • Money Orders
  • Business Checks
    • Must be pre-printed with business name
  • Personal Checks are only accepted at off-site immunization clinics (e.g. malls, schools)
    • Not accepted at office locations
    • Must be pre-printed, no starter checks
    • U.S. or State issued ID required
    • Client is responsible for any charges for returned checks

Identification and Acceptance Policy for Credit/ATM/Debit Cards

Cardholder must be present. Name on card must match ID presented. ID presented must be original and not expired; photocopies are not accepted.

  • U.S. issued driver’s license
  • U.S. issued identification card from DMV
  • U.S. issued passport
  • Foreign passport with U.S. Visa or entry stamp
  • U.S. military ID (active duty, retired, or dependent)
  • Resident card issued by U.S. Immigration and Naturalization

ID not required for Visa or MasterCard “gift cards.” We do not accept Matricula Consular cards or any ID that is not U.S. Government issued.
