Before resuming operations, you will need to ensure that the imminent health hazard has been corrected and that all items listed on the Checklist for Re-Opening Inspection after an Imminent Health Hazard are in compliance.

Call the health district to notify us that the imminent health hazard has been corrected. We will give you permission to re-open if all proper notification procedures were followed, or depending on the imminent health hazard, schedule a re-opening inspection.
