Fall Recipe – Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte

Fall into cozy season with this nutritious twist on your favorite pumpkin spice latte (aka: the PSL)!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree (not the spiced filling)
  • 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup brewed coffee)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions:
