Temporary Food Establishment
A temporary food establishment is any food establishment which operates at a fixed location for a temporary period of time, not to exceed 14 days, in connection with a fair, carnival, circus, public exhibition, celebration or similar transitory gathering.
Note: Effective June 1, 2013, event coordinator and temporary food establishment applications will not be processed after 4 p.m. All applications must be completed in full and all necessary documentation must be provided before processing.
Temporary Food Establishment Application
An application must be completed to operate a temporary food establishment. The application must be received by the health district at least seven days before the event or a late fee will apply.
