High & Low Risk Annual Itinerant Temporary Food Service Permit
The purpose of this type of permit is to allow food service establishments to serve food products to the public at special events throughout the year, and to do so utilizing the issued permit, without the need for individual permit applications for each special event.
Food service and handling may be limited by the health district to preserve food safety to the maximum extent possible.
An Annual Itinerant Food Establishment Permit operator may participate in a special event if the Event Coordinator has granted permission to do so and the operator has notified the health district of their intent to participate at least two business days prior to the event.
Contact the Environmental Health Special Program at (702) 759-1110 to provide event notification.
