The Southern Nevada Health District is committed to helping people experiencing homelessness and the community that serves them. We are collaborating with government agencies, community partners, and stakeholders to provide a coordinated effort and guided response specific to:

  • Staff and Residents of Homeless Shelters
  • Outreach Staff and People Experiencing Unsheltered Homelessness
  • Alternate Care Sites

Homeless Service Providers and Shelters:

If you are a shelter and have questions regarding cleaning and disinfecting, representatives from the Health District Environmental Health Division are available for assistance. Please contact them at specialprograms@snhd.org.

If you are a shelter and need technical assistance other than cleaning and disinfecting, technical representatives from the Southern Nevada Health District are available for assistance. Please contact them at lohff@snhd.org.
