Food Handler Safety Program
Duplicate Food Handler Safety Training and Certified Food Safety Manager cards are only issued to people who have lost their current (non-expired) card. Visit the FAQ for more information.
If you need to renew your card, visit the Application Process webpage. Refunds are not given for duplicates ordered when a renewal card is needed.
The cost of a duplicate card is $20. The expiration date will not change on your duplicate card.
You can order a duplicate card online or in person at any of our public health centers (see Locations and Hours of Operation).
Information about online ordering:
- If we cannot find your record, you will be asked to apply for the card in person.
- The $20 fee is due when you place your order. Refunds are not given for duplicates ordered when a renewal card is needed.
- Duplicate cards must be picked up in person by the cardholder. Cards will not be mailed. Valid identification is required.
