The health district bills workplace vaccination program clients monthly. In addition, a monthly statement is provided that lists staff members who received immunizations.

The health district's electronic vaccination record system ensures:

• Employees receive shot records at the time of vaccination.
• Each vaccine administered is entered into a database by employee name, date of birth and company name.
• Vaccination records are entered into the state vaccination database.
