Workplace Vaccination Program

The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) wants to make it as easy as possible for you to provide vaccination protection to your employees to ensure their safety and productivity, as well as a healthy environment for your customers.

The SNHD workplace vaccination program offers convenient vaccination services and record-keeping.

Services available include:

• Hepatitis A vaccinations PDF (100 KB/1 page)
• Hepatitis B vaccinations PDF (100 KB/1 page)
• Twinrix vaccinations (combination of hepatitis A and hepatitis B)
• Tdap vaccinations PDF (100 KB/1 page) (combination of tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis)
• Flu vaccinations PDF (100 KB/1 page)
• Tuberculosis skin testing PDF (100 KB/1 page)
• Electronic employee vaccination records
• Monthly billing statements
• Informational material available upon request. Some material is available in several languages.
