The TB Treatment and Control Clinic is responsible for evaluating every abnormal chest x-ray of Class B immigrants in Clark County.
Prior to being admitted into this country, Class B immigrants must submit chest x-rays to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Once the immigrant arrives in Clark County the CDC sends us their x-rays for review.

As a condition of immigration, Class B immigrants must immediately check-in with the TB Treatment and Control Clinic upon their arrival in Clark County.
Class B immigrants with abnormal chest x-rays are not allowed to work in Clark County until their x-rays are reviewed and cleared by the TB Treatment and Control Clinic.
If an immigrant is found to have TB, he or she is required to follow the TB treatment guidelines until they have completed the course of treatment and tested negative for TB infection or disease.
