The Email Status System (EMSS) is a monthly report emailed to all engineering companies with final maps that have not been signed off by the health district.
The report is generally emailed the first Friday of every month. In addition to the following information, it will also include different information every month that will help processing go more smoothly.
The "Final Maps Not Signed By SNHD" email report does not contain all applicable data required for subdivisions with an ISDS; subdivisions with a Sewage Lift Station; subdivisions with a well; subdivisions located near a WDGCA (Waste Designated Ground Contamination Area) or subdivisions requiring resolution of groundwater issues, etc.; therefore, it is imperative you read and, when necessary, respond to items in our Comment Letters.
