Important Information
- Numbers are not always called in order, but based on the reason for the visit, e.g. patients with active symptoms or getting test results.
- To help ensure your privacy, you will be called by your number instead of your name.
- You are not permitted to use your cell phone in the clinic. We request that you turn off your phone and leave it in your handbag or pocket. If you need to make a phone call, we ask that you go outside.
- Children are not allowed in the STD Clinic. If you must bring children to your appointment, also bring a responsible adult to watch them outside the clinic.
Busiest Times
The STD Clinic is typically busiest on Mondays and Fridays, especially after holidays. We have the fewest number of nurses available to see patients during the lunch hours between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
The clinic may close early or intermittently when maximum patient volume is reached. To increase the likelihood of being seen the same day, it is recommened you arrive at the clinic early.
If you have questions, contact the clinic by phone at (702) 759-0708 or by email at STDClinic@snhdmail.org.
