Should any section, paragraph, sentence, phrase, or provision of these Regulations be held invalid for any reason, the remainder of these Regulations shall not be affected.

Effective date

These Regulations were adopted at a duly noticed public hearing April 27, 2006.
13.2.2
These Regulations became effective on June 16, 2006 upon approval by the Nevada State Board of Health.
