Travel Vaccines
The health district offers many of the vaccines you may need when traveling outside the United States. Vaccines often require several weeks to fully protect you, so getting your travel vaccines early is a good idea.
To determine if you should be immunized before leaving the country, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Travelers' Health website.
To save time, complete the Travel Vaccine Administration Record in English PDF (64 KB/2 pages) or Spanish PDF (64 KB/2 pages) and bring it with you to get your travel vaccines.
