The Southern Nevada Health District is dedicated to ensuring that infants, children, and adults are immunized against vaccine preventable diseases.
The following services are available:
- Routine immunizations for age appropriate vaccines.
- Immunizations for travelers
- Yearly flu and pneumonia vaccine
- Immunizations for college students
- Immunizations for immigration purposes
- Metabolic screening (P.K.U.)
- Testing available 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Well baby exams and Daycare, sports, camp, ROTC, and Scout physicals are available by appointment only.
- Call (702) 759-1307 to schedule a free well baby exam.
- Call (702) 759-0896 to schedule daycare, sports, camp, ROTC and Scout physicals. A small fee of $25.00 will be charged.
Immunization Costs
The health district charges an administrative fee per child of $16 for one vaccine and $25 for two or more vaccines. Some vaccines require an additional charge. Contact the Immunization Clinic at (702) 759-0850 for more information.

Immunization Schedule
Visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for an updated child and adolescent immunization schedule.
Immunization Exemption
In order to obtain an immunization exemption, you must attend a vaccine education class. Call (702) 759-0898 and leave your name and number to schedule the class. You will be notified of class date and time.
