Flu Shots
The Southern Nevada Health District offers flu shots. Visit our Influenza Vaccine webpage for more information.
A small fee of $30.00 is charged for the vaccination. Methods of payment for flu shots include:
- Cash
- Medicare Part B
- Medicare Railroad Part B
- Medicaid
- Senior Dimensions
Flu shots are recommended for all adults, but especially for those with chronic medical conditions, such as:
- Arthritis
- Asthma
- Cancer
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
- Diabetes
- Dialysis Patients
- Emphysema
- Heart Disease and Stroke
- HIV/AIDS
- Hypertension (high blood pressure)
- Pregnant Women
- Transplant Patients
Children at high risk are also advised to get the vaccination. You can get the flu shot at any of the Public Health Centers during flu season.
