Clinic Locations Parental Consent: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to be vaccinated. A non-custodial adult may accompany the child if written permission from the parent or guardian is presented at the time of service. The health district charges an administrative fee per child of $16 for one vaccine and $25 for two or more vaccines. Some vaccines require an additional charge. Public Health Center Clinics Immunizations are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the following district public health centers.

Satellite clinics are open throughout Clark County to administer vaccines needed for school to those age two months to 19 years.
