Back-to-School Vaccinations
Immunizations Required for Students
Nevada law requires that
all children be fully immunized before entering school. Visit the Student Enrollment Process webpage on the Clark County School District's website for vaccination requirements for students before they begin school. To find the immunizations required, choose the grade your child will be attending, then scroll down to Proof of Immunizations.
Immunization Costs
The health district charges a $16 administrative fee per child for one vaccine and $25 administrative fee per child for two or more vaccines. Some vaccines require an additional charge. Please contact the Immunization Clinic at (702) 759-0850 for more information.
Immunization Clinics
Special clinic days and hours are scheduled for the month of August. Visit the Immunization Clinic Locations webpage for more information and a complete list of Public Health Centers and Satellite Immunization Clinics.
Physical Exams
For information on well baby exams, daycare, sports, camp, ROTC, and Scout physicals, visit the Immunization home page.
