Announcing our new expanded hours

New hours at three locations give residents more time to get vaccinated, apply for a health card, pick up a vital record, and get family planning and children’s services. Visit the Hours of Operations webpage for a full list of public health centers.

East Las Vegas Public Health Center
Birth and death certificates, health cards, nursing services/immunizations
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (closed Fridays)

Henderson Public Health Center
Health cards, nursing services/immunizations
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (closed Fridays)

All other health district services
Monday – Friday; 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Cambridge Community Outreach Center
Health Cards
Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (closed Fridays)

Be safe in the summer sun

Do you enjoy frolicking in the hot summer sun? The health district reminds you to practice simple safety measures during your summer fun to prevent injury and/or illness. Learn about the ABCDs of drowning prevention, sun and heat safety, tips to prevent mosquito bites, and ways to prevent recreational water illnesses. For details, read the full release.
