The Septic System counter is where all permits to construct, tenant improvements, loan certifications and abandonment procedures are completed. Copies of plot plans and active permits can be obtained by calling (702) 759-0660.

No appointment is necessary and a full permit can be issued in about an hour. Permit fees are due at the time of the application. Cash, money order, and cashier's checks are accepted.

The Septic System counter is located at the Ravenholt Public Health Center at 625 Shadow Lane, Wing 1. Ask a clerk in Wing 1 to buzz you through the doors; the septic system counter is located on the left at the end of the hallway.

Types of Residential ISDS Permits:

• Residential ISDS Permit Requirements — For new residential construction that includes a septic system.
