The Southern Nevada Health District HIV Nursing Case Management Program provides services and comprehensive care to meet the special needs of HIV/AIDS impacted individuals.

Case management intervention assures that clients with HIV or AIDS receive coordinated medical care.

Patients are accepted into the program only when referred by a doctor, who will be an active participant in the case management process.

Case management services are provided free of charge. Funding for this program comes from Ryan White Title 1.
