The health card fee includes the hepatitis A vaccine, a TB skin test, if required, and admission to the health card movie.

Cash, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted at all locations except Laughlin.
At the Laughlin location, money orders, cashier's checks or business checks are accepted forms of payment. Cash and credit cards are not accepted.

If your health card expired on or after April 16, 2012, you have 60 days to renew your card without being charged a late fee. This policy will remain in effect until further notice.
*Barber health cards are only processed at the East Las Vegas Public Health Center. Note: Notary service is not available at this time.
