The health district permits and inspects all food establishments in Clark County, such as restaurants, grocery stores, bars, schools, carts and portable kiosks, mobile vendors, and farmer's markets.

Complete the form if you witnessed unsanitary conditions or believe there is an issue that requires investigation. All complaints are investigated and kept confidential.
