Plan review is the formal process of reviewing the architectural drawings, equipment layout, equipment certifications, menus, and other regulation-mandated activities related to pre-permitting evaluation and construction inspection.

Plan review is required for the following types of facilities within Southern Nevada (Clark County including Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, Mesquite and Laughlin).

• Carts and Portable Kiosks
• Farmer's Market High-Risk Satellite Food Service
• Health Food / Vitamin Stores
• Mobile Vendor Units
• Packaged Food Warehouses and Packaged Grocery
  • Requirements for Equipment & Structure of Live Lobster Holding Warehouse
• Public Accommodations

• Public Swimming Pools
