Residential ISDS Permits

The Septic System counter is where all permits to construct, tenant improvements, loan certifications and abandonment procedures are completed. Copies of plot plans and active permits can be obtained by calling (702) 759-0660.

No appointment is necessary and a full permit can be issued in about an hour. Permit fees are due at the time of the application.

The Septic System counter is located at the Ravenholt Public Health Center at 625 Shadow Lane, Wing 1. Ask the clerk at the Information Counter to buzz you into Wing 1; the counter is located on the left at the end of the hallway.

Types of Residential ISDS Permits:

• Residential ISDS Permit Requirements — For new residential construction that includes a septic system.
  
  
• Tenant Improvement Requirements — For any construction on existing structures that requires a building permit.
  
  
• Loan Certification Requirements — For FHA loans that require a loan certification for the septic system and/or water well.
  
  
• Abandonment Requirements — When replacing a septic system or connecting to municipal sewer
