The Healthy Kids Exams program provides medical evaluations to infants, children and young adolescents with Medicaid and Nevada Check-up living in Clark County.
The exams are free and no appointment is necessary. Healthy Kids Exams are available at the following public health centers:
- Ravenholt Public Health Center - 625 Shadow Lane (map)
- East Las Vegas Public Health Center - 560 Nellis, Suite E-12 (map)
All health evaluations and physical exams include:
- Height and weight measurement
- Blood pressure check
- Vision and hearing screening
- Developmental screening
- Blood testing (anemia and lead screening)
- Evaluate for delays in growth and development
Physicals are given so kids can participate in the following activities:
- Daycare
- Preschool
- Headstart programs
